Little Things

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Little Things and Little Things Plus (the "Service") provided by Endpoint Technology LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Little Things is a private note app for saving personal notes and, optionally, sharing a paper corner with one linked partner. You are responsible for the notes and content you create or share in the app.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from app settings or contact support for help.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate Little Things. If you link a partner, notes in the shared paper corner may be visible to the linked partner.

4. Little Things Plus subscriptions

Little Things Plus unlocks creating and saving notes, premium card styles, and shared-space access for the active paper corner. One active Plus subscription can apply to both linked members of a shared space.

• Weekly Plus includes a 3-day free trial when Apple determines the Apple Account is eligible.
• Annual Plus is billed yearly and does not include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Restore purchases in the app using the same Apple Account used for purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Little Things to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person.
• Upload malware, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.
• Store or share content that infringes another person's rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Little Things is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endpoint Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Apple terms

If you downloaded Little Things from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms where applicable.
